Our current average delivery times for Standard & Free Shipping are 10-14 days from the date of your order. This timeframe includes approximately 5-9 days for order creation and 3-5 business days for delivery via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

For Rush Shipping, the average delivery time is 8-10 days, usually through UPS 2 Day Shipping. As for Expedited Shipping, it takes approximately 6-8 days, typically utilizing UPS Next Day Shipping.

Custom Commission products may require more time, with an estimated delivery of 15-20 days. This allows for multiple revision rounds between you and our team, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the order.

During peak periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Christmas, delivery times may be longer. Rest assured, we will notify you of any changes in these timelines.

Please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as temporary misplacement of your order by UPS or USPS, may cause delays. We will make every effort to assist in resolving such issues.

Additionally, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you currently use a PO Box, kindly provide an alternative address for delivery purposes

For all refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original form of payment. In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately, but please be assured that your item is en route. Here are a few reasons why tracking information may not be available:

  • Delays can occur between scanning events and the website's updates. After we ship the item, it may take a few days for the tracking status to be updated by the shipping carrier. We kindly request your patience and suggest checking again after a few days.
  • The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near its destination.
  • There might be a lack of updates during the transit period. However, the tracking information should resume once the package reaches your local area.

Please note that the delivery time frame remains valid regardless of the availability of online tracking information.
